The author isn't a native speaker of English, apparently, but the recipes are clear and enticing. Sure makes me want some coffee!
This is a great book for coffee lovers like myself.Even for someone who has been drinking coffee for many years,the recipes are still very original and tasty.Really enjoyed!

This is a wonderful book on different coffee recipes. The author not only shares the traditional "hot coffee" but also gives variety such as coffee desserts, coffee liqueur cocktails, and my favorite - iced coffee! Lots of recipes to try out. I love it!
A must for all lovers of coffee. Cafes will be empty when you can make these at home. Really easy to follow instructions. I loved the cold coffee drinks section. The cakes sound good too but don't know if I'd bother making them. Might still have a use for the cafe after all.

I found the brief history of coffee very interesting. I did not know that at one time the consumption of coffee had been banned. The techniques for making coffee were easy to follow.
Most of all I enjoyed reading about the various styles of coffee...I would like to try Turkish. when I was in Brazil a couple of years ago I bought a coffee from a cafe and was given a couple of cinnamon sticks as well.
